When you make a purchase from Inclusive Art Company, from anywhere within the UK, our courier partner will deliver your order to your door, free of charge! You will receive a parcel tracking number once your order has been dispatched and we will keep you informed if there are any unexpected delays in delivery. Depending on the item/s you order, delivery may take between 3-7 working days, provided that there are no delays in production.

We have these products in our "Posters & Prints" range: Lite Posters - a light weight poster paper, printed using an aqueous inks art printer. Lite posters have a smooth finish, sometimes called a "silk" finish. These posters typically have a weight of 170gsm, making them our lightest poster paper. How does this compare to other types of paper? Well, the average copy paper that you would use in your home printer is about 80gsm. So, while we call them "Lite Posters", they are actually ideal for everyday posters! They are much more affordable than other formats and are practical if you like to frequently swap or collect posters with the latest design or artwork. Lustre Prints - a premium photographic paper with a satin lustre finish, printed using Giclee methods. Lustre Prints have a smooth (but not glossy) coating and heavier weight, at 200gsm, and are printed with using high-resolution printers with archival pigment ink. The sturdy, fine quality of paper together with the printing method used means that these prints are made to last a while. They are ideal for artworks and designs which you plan to display for some time or to gift someone. Matt Prints - a heavyweight fine art print material with a smooth, clean finish, printed using Giclee printing methods. Matt Prints have, as you may have already guessed, a matt finish, sometimes called an "enhanced matt print" or EMA. They are of the same high, archival quality as our Lustre Prints, weighing about 200gsm. These prints, much like our Lustre Prints, are also suitable for those artworks or designs which you plan to make a design feature in your space or want to present to someone as a gift or an award.

We have these product items in our "Rolled Canvas Prints" range: Rolled Canvas prints are high-definition, gallery-grade canvases which are delivered rolled up in a poster tube, ready for you to stretch or frame however you wish. These prints can be using any one of the following options: Rolled Cotton Canvas - a finely textured, cotton, artist-grade canvas. Rolled Eco Canvas - made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and with a satin finish. Rolled Metallic Canvas - a high quality pearlescent canvas with a silver metallic finish. Rolled Canvas prints , like our Posters & Art Prints, are a highly versatile options for those who wish the freedom to choose how they would like to frame and mount their artwork or design. This can be particularly useful if you have an usually proportioned or sized space in which to display your print, or if you'd like to try out different methods of framing, like a re-useable picture frame or a re-useable poster hanger. Your imagination is the only limit here, so if you have a unique or creative design style, this type of print is a great choice.

We currently have these "Stretched Canvas" products: Stretched canvas prints are hand-stretched to ensure each corner fold is perfectly smooth and tight. They can be made using any one of these options: Stretched Cotton Canvas - a finely textured artist-grade canvas, over a custom made 38mm pine wood canvas frame. Stretched Eco Canvas - made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and with a satin finish, over a frame made of a lightweight, 100% recycled material. Stretched Metallic Canvas - a high quality, silver pearlescent canvas, over a custom made 38mm pine wood canvas frame. Stretched Canvas prints are convenient because they don't require any additional framing or mounting. They can be attached directly to a wall, be simply propped up against it or any other handy surface. The expert way with which these canvas are fixed onto their frames, displays the artwork or design to it's best advantage, giving it a smart and stylish appearance. These prints are ideal for spaces with high traffic or a gathering spot, like a reception or living area. Alternatively, if you're going for a minimalist style in your personal spaces, these prints can complete the look perfectly.

Mini Mounted Prints are made by Giclee printing to a Fine Art paper which is attached to a thick backing board and surrounded by a  2.4mm textured window mount. Sometimes called "matted" instead of "mounted", these prints require no extra framing. They can be attached to a wall, propped up against it or fitted into a picture stand to place on a mantel or table-top. Like our Gallery Boards, Mounted Prints are of a smaller format than our other products making them convenient travel buddies or gift options.

Gallery Boards are Giclee printed, 4-ply, textured art boards. They are 2.4mm thick and sturdy enough to be propped up against a wall or other surface. They come with four 3M Velcro dots to use as an attachment method. Gallery boards are light-weight and super convenient. Like our Mini Mounted Art Prints, Gallery Boards come in a compact, yet sturdy, format and don't require framing or mounting. They can also be slotted into a picture stand to place on a table-top or other flat surface like a window sill.

We have these products in our "Photo Prints" range: Photographic prints are a C-type, silver halide paper - a premium colour paper with a brilliant white base and image stability which allow for incredible depth and beautifully vibrant colours. These prints weigh about 240gsm and are of a highly professional, archival quality. Photo prints are available in these finishes Lustre - a smooth, satin finish Glossy - a shiny, lightly reflective finish

Our range of re-useable "Frames, Hangers & Stands" include these products: Wooden Picture Frames - A ready to hang, flat, back-loader frame, created from high quality wood, with a specialist Perspex glaze face-plate. Wooden Print Hangers - A hand-crafted, solid wood poster, print or canvas hanging kit containing four wooden strips with a discrete magnetic fastening and colour coordinated hanging cords. Wooden Picture Stands - Individually handcrafted from solid oak, these table-top stands have sleek and modern design, each with a base groove of about 3mm wide and 10mm deep, allowing support for various prints, such as gallery boards or mini mounted art, up to 40cm in height. If you're looking to save on the additional costs of framing, our range re-usable frames, hangers or stands are ideal for you. The best part about taking this approach is that you get to choose how and when to reduce wastage by buying only what you need - if you don't buy it, we don't make it! - and re-using what you already have. Orders on custom made or made to order products cannot be cancelled once we have sent the order for production. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your must have a valid reason (see below), your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@inclusiveartcompany.com We ask that returns be need to be sent directly to the address that will be provided in your return request confirmation email and we will reimburse your postage costs, provided you send to us your supporting receipts. Reasons for Return: All our products are made to order and as such we will only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Note: The 14 day cooling off period does not apply to custom made/ made to order products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: Once the return is accepted, we may offer you an exchange for an identical item, if possible, or a similar item. You will also have the option of a refund. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved and you have chosen to get a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
